I’ve Been Thinking About Purpose…

It’s Friday, and I’ve been thinking about purpose...

Not in the abstract, feel-good, 'hashtaggy' sort of way—but in the grounded, soul-level way.

That feeling when you realise: I’m doing what I’m meant to be doing.

Writing 'A Best Life After 40'—the book, the workbook, and the Workplace Wellbeing Program—hasn’t just been fulfilling. It’s been clarifying, uplifting. Like I’ve tapped into something that was waiting for me all along.

Simon Sinek says, start with why.... your why.

Mine is: To create content and tell stories that change perspectives… and potentially change lives.

That’s what I’ve tried to do with 'A Best Life After 40'. That’s also what sits at the heart of my upcoming novel, 'Bondi Encounter'—a story of love, truth, courage, and becoming who we are meant to be.

Because purpose and meaning aren’t just buzzwords.

When you find them—and follow them—it feels right. Like alignment. Like peace. Like coming home.

In the Curiosity Container of my 'Best Life After 40' framework, I explore this:
- How we can reconnect to purpose.
- How we rediscover meaning.
- How we step into who we truly are—courageously, and without fear or favour.

That’s not a midlife crisis. That’s a midlife reboot. Especially for midlife professionals in the workplace.

Finding your purpose isn’t just a trend. It’s a turning point. And it’s never too late.

Have a lovely long weekend (King's Birthday holiday in Australia).
